The view from my suite in Doha. I’ve been so busy here over the past three days that I my head is still spinning. The good thing about that is I didn’t have trouble dropping off to sleep. But I was really in fire with meetings yesterday. And I learned it gets damned hot here. Apparently longer than Dubai, which is only a half hour by air. Now the weather is grand but they say that it’s nothing to reach 48C/110F in September – at night! Only from the end of October until April is the weather bearable. So I know what time of year I’ll make any return trips!
