I know it is a bit late for this but I just found the photo. On the last day of Songkran I went to Bourbon Street on Ekamai for our monthly Libertarians Abroad. Four of us stayed on until a bit late in the evening (for a school night, that is) and finally when the doors were closing we went out the front door and talked some more before catching a taxi. One of the watresses came out the side door and came around to where we were. She called my name. When I turned to face her she doused me with water and said "Happy Songkran!" I was the only one of the four there who got doused.

I hate Songkran. Next year I ain’t gonna be in town!
